Great location, friendly and professional staff (Fidel) and the spa services were fantastic. I loved that Nobu restaurant was accessible from the guest room elevators.

Modern, minimalist, Japanese-style design. Nobu restaurant on site, great for a quick bite at the sushi bar in the back of the restaurant (resist the restaurant staff will always try to convince you to take a table). Very helpful hotel staff. Convenient West End location.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The manager was always trying to make your stay pleasurable, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. Location was great and room service food was excellent.

I have booked the room for the day before my arrival so that I could come in after my overnight flight and get some sleep. To my surprise, my room had a small breakfast tray with two different juices and an assortment of pastries. What a welcome after a long flight! Throughout the entire stay, the staff was courteous and helpful. I had a wonderful dinner by myself at Nobu. I had stayed at the Metropolitan several years ago, and it was my “Goto” hotel at the time. For some reason, I changed to the Intercontinental nearby. After this last stay, I will be back to the Metropolitan.

The hotel‘s location is excellent. Central but still far enough away from larger streets/traffic offering calm from vibrant London. Staff is super friendly and the front desk manager Veruschka Cimino welcoming us as repeat guest has been a very nice gesture. Nobu restaurant in the 1st floor is outstanding.
